Auto Logic owner won’t let go of our diagnostic PC!

I stopped to visit a customer today.

I sold him an universal Taiwanese scanner and a diagnostic PC about a year ago.

He bought an Autologic demo tool from another ex Autologic tool salesman. (Ever wonder why there are so many EX Autologic salesmen?)!

This shop owner paid less than 10K for this fully loaded unit. Apparently, that’s what they are worth.

They are very happy that they got such a great deal.

While I was there the owner agreed to update the diagnostic PC.

I am taking the diagnostic PC away for an update and the mechanic is not very happy about that!

The owner made sure to let me know, the Main tool in this European shop, is the universal Taiwanese scanner.

He said, “We use that 90% of the time!” Can’t live without it!

We will have his update done by tomorrow AM

Call us today and let’s get one for your shop!

A very busy week

Thanks to everyone that we talked with this week!

The website is working real well!

I spent some time with Francisco and Mohammad from VA, both are from the Fredericksburg area.

Francisco has been researching our brand on IATN. He has heard from our customer’s that the universal Taiwanese scanner is best.

We spoke about programming and coding. We spoke about the information on the diagnostic PC.

They both want the full package.

Thanks to Kyle Hisnay we will plan a demo after the first.

Thanks to Fred @ Loudoun Auto Parts for helping me with the CAR MAX lead.

Thanks to Meir Lazar of Complete Custom Automotive for your interest as well. We need to arrange the demo.

We are working with Harshad in the Dallas Fort Worth Area to get him a demo as well.

My buddy Sid in VA has a universal Taiwanese scanner ready to deliver to Saleem after Xmas.

Thanks to Arturo in Las Vegas, we will be sending a universal Taiwanese scanner and a PC to him real soon!

Thanks for considering our solution for the Sprinter vehicles Jeff, of Whitty’s Auto and Diesel!

Thanks to G, of http://www.attstraining.com/   I am looking forward to working more with all of you!

AutoDiagCart supports customers

I got another call yesterday from Michael of Import Mechanics. Their diagnostic PC was dropped and broke the display.

We pulled a Dell E-5500 from stock and headed down to the shop, we swapped out the Hard Drive from the broken PC and he was up and running with a loaner while we repair his.

Making a good choice for a diagnostic is very important.

The choice of supplier is every bit as important.

Had another call come in yesterday from Aspen Auto Care in Colorado Springs, they were having trouble with the VCDS Dongle we sent as a replacement.

The first issue was the $19 Blue USB to OBDII cable that they found on EBay.

I advised they throw it away.

They were able to test the USB port successfully when not hooked to a car. VCDS found, no L or K line, no car.

When connected to a car no communications were possible. We remoted into the PC install, removed the old version, ran the clean up USB driver utility from Ross Tech when re-installing and VOILA!

DONE, they are back up and running!

Ford and the J2534 Motorcraftservice website

I was in Greeley, CO yesterday working with Scott’s Imports on a 2000 Ford Focus.

We used the www.motorcraftservice.com site to subscribe, download and install that reprogramming software to his diagnostic PC.

$36 daily fee.

HAS to be Win 7 or 8! Browser needs to be IE9. We had to install his Ease J-2534 software to a second PC, their tech support was quick and efficient.

We updated the USED PCM’s calibration file first, then it advised us to start the car. It didn’t start.

We then went into the PATS functions and synchronized the two keys with the immobilizer.

Car started just fine! Done.

Texa Supercar software

I put the Texa rep in Colorado in touch with a lead on Friday last.

The demo went well, we only had 3 Ferrari’s.

Bluetooth OBDII connector, PC install, updates after first year for all covered cars only $600.

Pretty quick and comprehensive software, teaches in the clutch when needed.

It includes J2534 in the package and a preset link for those sites for flashing of new modules.

Not very expensive, I am not a distributer but work with most all of the companies listed on their site.

Check it out here, www.texa.com, registration is free.

Contact us and let’s arrange a demo!
