Customer support is #1

We get a lot of calls from customers visiting our site.

We don’t always make the sale, but we seem to make an impression.

Here is how days in our lives go!

Friday my friend Damian calls from Utah, he agrees that the BMW ISIS information will be helpful in his shop.

We will help him get that done.

Friday, my buddy Bill Frames calls and asks, “can I call you on Saturday for some tech support?”

No call Saturday. Sunday, here comes the call. No problem. Even on “not much of a Superbowl Sunday!”

We talk about the ZKS he needs to program on a 06 BMW.

Then we talk about the installation of ISIS for offline use. He is going to finish with a BMW in his shop and send us his PC.

It already has a current version for online access to www.BMWtechinfo.com

We will install another using a multi boot utility and get him his offline install. Done deal.

Next I get a phone call from a customer in Jamaica!

He is trying to use an install he achieved of the Ford/Mazda version 72 but it, of course is out of date and he is getting a “This session is not supported” warning!

He needs a little utility that we can help him find. Ford Extended Programming.

No problem he will call me later tonight from his home. Done deal.

The next call to another Universal scanner from Taiwan distributor on the west coast. She needs directions for loading the Ford IDS and the Toyota TechStreamLite.

Then I get the call I was thinking of when I started this post.

From Todd’s Auto Repair in Beverly Farms, MA. We talked months ago and I helped him realize that theUniversal scanner from Taiwan was what he needed.

He got it from the local Universal scanner from Taiwan distributor, so far I have not made a dime.

He was looking for a little help on his Vida subscription. He was not able to link his credit card to his install.

That is a pain. AVS is the problem, whatever! We will help. He is sending us his Vida PC to link his credit card to the subscription and for a “special modification”.

This will allow him to use the same PC for his subscription and yet have another for offline use.

Next.

Same customer different PC. His Ford IDS subscription is warning him about 13 days left.

We are on his Ford computer un-installing version 81 and installing 89. We see that he has Vida for Volvo on the same PC as the IDS, those two programs do not work well together on the same PC, so we un-installed Volvo.

We are helping him sign in and renew his subscription for Ford IDS 2014.

So, in case you are wondering if we can help, we CAN!

You just need to call us. Some things we can do are not mentioned in these online posts!

Best Regards,
