Got a referral today. This guy is a good customer of  Autologics. Read on to hear how you will be treated after you buy one.

He bought 7 brands and two Autologic tools.

He is not happy with that company. In his opinion Autologic for VAS sucks. They also sold him Volvo software.

I remember when I worked with Autologic they kept telling us that they had won the suit with Volvo! Liars.

Then Volvo forced Autologic to remove ALL programming for replaced modules from their purple tablet!

Nice job Volvo! Who will be next to order Autologic to cease and desist? BMW or MB? Porsche or Jaguar?

Now that Volvo set precedent, I am sure that they are just building their law suit.

“Tech support used to be a lot better” was what I heard Bill say.

Then he said, “there used to be work support built in to the Autologic” “It’s gone”, he say’s, “That’s so you have to call and they can ask you to spend more $$$”.

He bought all the lines and now does not get help when he calls. In the beginning he was getting connected to the efficient UK support team, now, he complains it is somebody from New York City!

He says it started out great but now when he calls they ask him his phone number for a call back, at their convenience!

The only regular calls he gets are from surly sales ladies (from NYC) trying to get him to renew his “maintenance”.

I see this as an opportunity. We are making a date for his demo in the next couple of days.

Autologic owners should unite and file a class action suit.

If anyone is interested in filing one let me know and I will put up a website and start collecting interested parties.
